Lana Fuchs is an entrepreneur, author, and dancer. After completing her education, she established a successful career in corporate America and then went on to create several successful companies in the field of finance, fashion, and health. Currently, Lana Fuchs is the CEO of Fuchs Global, a private venture capital firm and the founder and CEO and Emerald Dream Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization whose mission statement is to change the world through 1 Act of Random Kindness at a Time (EmeraldDreamFoundation.org).

In 2016, Lana discovered ballroom dance and quickly became addicted. From the eternal struggle for the perfect cha-cha walk to speed, power, and other body mechanics that only a ballroom dancer can understand, it has become the most humbling yet rewarding experience for Lana. Ballroom dance has become a passion, therapy, and an enormous amount of fun that Lana shares with her daughter Lizzie Fuchs, forming a unique mother-daughter bond.

Lana and her husband Victor have been in Las Vegas since 1995, and together with the rest of the Helix Electric of NV team, have been a part of building Las Vegas into the beautiful metropolitan city that it is today. In early 2001 they joined YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), a global network of business leaders, which allowed them the possibility to be a part of exceptional educational, experiential and cultural immersion opportunities while traveling the world in high style, made possible only in YPO. Lana is bringing the world of high society, luxury, and world-class service to The NV Ball so that all our dancers can experience the royal treatment.

    Vartan Zakhariants

Vartan Zakhariants is an entrepreneur and a retired professional dancer who combined his passion for dance and desire to share his knowledge of ballroom dance with others and opened his first dance studio, which became an instant success. He began competing with his pro-am students and learned first-hand what they wanted from their ballroom dance experience and competitions. With his technical dance knowledge and amazing “people skills,” Vartan soon became one of the most sought-after pro-am ballroom dance teachers. As the number his students increased, he was able to expand and grow his business, and together with his beautiful wife, Tania Reis, built VZ Dance Studio, into one of the top ballroom dance studios in North America.

VZ Dance Studio has received over 30 Top Studio Awards and two World Class Top Studio titles.

Along with the VZ Dance Studio team, Vartan hosts monthly fabulous themed parties, bringing both students and community members together in a fun-filled, healthy environment. As the co-organizer of The NV Ball, Vartan is excited to bring his knowledge of the competitive ballroom dance industry along with his creative flair to help make the NV Ball an unforgettable experience.

Vartan, his wife Tania, and their beautiful daughter Gabriela live in Las Vegas. When they are not working or spending time with Gabriela, they like to invest in real estate as a hobby and volunteer with the Emerald Dream Foundation, changing the world one Act of Random Kindness at a Time.
